Snow Storms Expected-Make Sure your Snowblower is Prepared
As we settle into the middle of January we have not seen much snow yet around Long Beach/Oceanside but it is always smart to prepare yourself for the upcoming months of winter weather. One of the best ways to do that is by making sure your snowblowers are prepared for use.
Here are some simple tips on how to make sure your snow blowers is prepared for storms ahead:
- Use Fresh Fuel- Always use fresh fuel that is no less than 30 days old & make sure you include fuel stabilizer. It will keep gas fresh longer and help prevent clogs.
- Check the Spark Plug- Starting your snowblower will be a lot easier if that spark plug is in good condition.
- Inspect belts for wear- Wear and Tear? Cracks? If so, replace them
